Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atypical platform ("Service"), which is operated by and on behalf of imalexhu/atypical, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform or connected API endpoints.

2. Description of Service

Atypical is an advanced programmable SaaS dashboard canvas where users can define custom data schemas, provision visual conditions (e.g., ⚡ Quick Habits), and create, edit, or execute LLM-prompted custom React widgets rendered inside a secure sandboxed iframe environment. Storage is securely synchronized via Supabase Cloud Auth and a PostgreSQL relational database.

3. Sandboxed Code & Security Policy

You are solely responsible for all custom React Render Code that you write or prompt AI to build inside Atypical. While our sandboxed architecture enforces secure iframe execution policies (denying parent document DOM hijacking), you agree not to deploy:

• Malicious scripts, tracking beacons, or browser exploit injections.
• Network calls intended to exfiltrate database records or credentials.
• Widget code targeting denial-of-service against third-party OAuth channels (Spotify, Google).

4. User Databases & Relational Schemas

You retain full ownership over the data structures, tables, and logging entries you configure within your database schemas. Atypical processes these schema details dynamically using Drizzle ORM to maintain and host your personal databases. We do not sell or analyze your customized entry logs.

5. External Services Integration

Atypical offers connectors for third-party tools (Spotify, Weather, Google Calendar, YouTube). These integrations depend entirely on the persistent availability of external developer tokens and API endpoints. We reserve the right to disable oauth services if third-party provider limits are exceeded.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Atypical and its maintainers shall not be liable for any accidental schema corruptions, broken custom React widget renders, data losses, or disruptions resulting from Supabase cloud transitions or PostgreSQL service outages.
