1. Personal Data We Collect

To operate the Atypical workspace ecosystem, we collect data required to securely maintain your account, customized databases, and widget settings:

• Account Credentials: Authenticated via Supabase. We record your name, email, avatar URL, and custom User ID to isolate database schemas.
• Workspace Schema Configuration: Custom table structures, ⚡ Quick Habit definitions, goal targets, and relational maps.
• Widget Code & Entry Logs: The code written for custom widgets and the numerical/text metric records entered via interactive input templates.

2. How We Protect Third-Party OAuth Data

When linking external services (Spotify, Google Calendar, YouTube) via our secure authentication panel:

• Tokens are transmitted securely using encrypted TLS callbacks and hosted on protected cloud-relational databases.
• Authorized read-only scopes (e.g. Spotify now-playing tracking, Google Calendar agenda queries) are only queried inside your active sandbox frame via explicit web-channel requests.
• We do not index, compile, cache permanently, or sell your private song tracking logs or event details. Disconnecting an external service immediately purges all connected token keys.

3. Cookies & Session Management

We employ strict secure cookies managed by Supabase for active user session persistence, pathway authorization, and path guards. These session cookies are required to authenticate your Drizzle relational query transactions and prevent unauthorized write/read calls.

4. Relational Data Isolation

Your Drizzle schema configurations and all recorded logs are strictly isolated under your user identifier inside the database. No other user can access, query, or mutate your metrics, schemas, or widgets.

5. Data Erasure & Retention

We retain account database details as long as you maintain your Atypical hub. If you decide to delete a custom dashboard, linked relational data source, or delete your entire account, Drizzle CASCADE instructions will automatically purge all dependent tables, widgets, schemas, and asset lists cleanly from the database.
